Real Estate Australia ...
For over 100 years the Australian real estate market has averaged annual returns above 10% per annum, while Australians have enjoyed one of the most relaxed lifestyles in the World. According to a new report by International property advisers, DTZ Research, prime real estate has provided as high as 37% returns on investment. This has attracted huge domestic and foreign money, making Australia one of the most sought after investment havens and destinations for real estate investors Worldwide.
According to the Reserve Bank of Australia, the average Australian household wealth is $610,000, only a little below the 2007 peak, despite the battering from the Global Financial Crisis experienced elsewhere in the World. Australia's reputation as a highly competitive economy continues to strengthen. In 2009, the Australian economy was ranked in the top three countries in the Asia-Pacific region for its overall competitiveness. Amoung countries with a population of 20 million or more, Australia ranks second in the World, behind only the United States. (Source: IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook 2009)

If you are a non-citizen purchasing
or investing in Australia real estate you must first get pre-approval
on a case by case basis from the Federal government. The Foreign
Investment Review Board (FIRB) has to approve these real estate
investments, or a much easier way, you can purchase an FIRB government
pre-approved property (already pre-approved for purchase for
a non-citizen) direct from the developer.
AUSS Pty Ltd specialises in the
development and redevelopment of FIRB pre-approved prestige waterfront
